Complaint against Earnersoption platform

We saw a lady on TikTok by the name of Pikachu Hart'slief. We started to follow her and we started chatting, where she wanted to know where my husband Johan is working. He told her that his not working at home. She told him that's she's also at home, but is earning R5000 every 24hours. She said we can do the same by depositing R500 and we can make R5500 every day, (she even send us a layout of the payment structure which we can provide) which sounded so attractive, as money is very scares. Money was paid over on Sunday, the 7th of April '24. Email received earlier today that we must pay another R4500 as a withdrawal fee, then we will get R10 000, after the R4500 is paid. We are pensionaris and living on the bread line. I asked Pikachu a couple of times if this is a **** and she gave me her word that it's legit and not a ****. Never, not even once, was it said that we must pay any withdrawal fees. I don't want my money back, I want that was promised to me
