i was due to get the bus to Durban from park station at 20:15 but the bus did not come we had to force our self into a nine o'clock bus they were not informing us on what was happening. they were moving us from this platform to the next . we stood there till 21:45 waiting for a bus which ended up not coming and we had to force our self to come in the bus that was supposed to fetch the 9 o'clock people which was also late. the service was pathetic and infect they do not know the meaning of customer service. when we call they did not pick up and ended up hanging up every time we try to call to a point that the phone was ungagged. the experience was so bad it was zero on the scale
