Worst transport service ever

Experienced truly horrible service with EagleLiner on 12/12/2025. The bus was 3.5hrs late, after being an hour late, I called and was **** to, being told the bus is an hour away. One hour later, I phoned again and bus was suddenly 1h30min away. I had to find another way to travel and was refused a refund. Disgusting transporter that lies to its patrons and then refuses accountability.
