Worst service of my life

<p>Had an eagle liner bus ticket for the first time, booked to departure at 1pm on 21/07/2017, bus never arrived only left parkstation at 15:45.The worst thing it's not just that the bus was late but the is absolutely no customer service at all, no one comes to update us that the bus will be late we see eagle liner buses coming in and they only taking people from Zimbabwe.Don't think I will ever use this bus again not because they were late, but because they have no customer service at all, I mean I had to go to welkom for my sister's birthday which was today, and I have lost time that can never be replaced and a person's birthday comes once a year and that time lost can never be replaced, worst I have lost it to a service provider that has no service at all they where not even updating us with what is happening</p>
