Worst service ever, sies!

The service at eagle liners is disgusting. My dad took the 2pm bus to queens town 2day and the drivers are rude to people. They have no way of handling people whosoever . And they charge people for their bags using their hands as scales. I told them that i aint paying for a bag that was not weighed. He then said that fine and took my bag inside. They take advntage of the elderly illiterate people. And the confusing part is that he puts the money in his own wallet. When we askes why he got angry and chases the man off the bus and gave him his money back. We reported it to the office in cape town. The lady did not help at all. The driver the then said the man is drunk. Now question was "when did you notice that he is drunk, before or after you took his money?" They all got upset and told us that the man was drunk and that was his fault. They didnt even bring the breatherlizer to see if he is really drunk. And if we judged being drunk by looks, like they did to that man, both those drivers looked drunk to me. And the bus ended up leaving him behind. I have never seen such appalling service.
