Worst service ever

Worst service ever. Bus was supposed to depart for Queenstown at 6:30pm but we still sitting at Parks station in this heat at 8:20pm. No explanation whatsoever. First and last time using this bus. Unprofessional, no Covid protocols being followed. I wish I had read the reviews first. I wonder if we will make it in one peace.
