Worst leaking bus ever

Bought a bus ticket from East London to Johannesburg the bus arrived early. It was raining we had to wait for long to get into the bus and to my surprise the bus was leaking on the roof on other sides and my side window didn't close well leaks again and my luggage got wet underneath where luggage is kept in the bus got so ****ed I'm never using it again
