Worst Experience with Eagle Liner

I requested for my booking to be canceled due to the generating double bookings for the same trip. There is no support at all from Eagle Liner. They don't answer phone calls, they don't reply whatsapp messages and don't respond to emails. I put in a request on 28 Nov 2024 til today I have not been assisted. I asked them to cancel all my other bookings because I don't want to deal with such people. It was the first time I booked with them and I don't think I was to go through what I went through again. Customer service is not in their vocabulary. Please refund my money and give me feedback on my request that's all.
