Worst experience ever....Never again!!!!

<p>Bus was supposed to be here at 22:00 it arrived at 23:55 almost 2 hours late. Bus driver was unprofessional...firstly he didn't assist me with putting my luggage in the luggage carrier and finally when he did because I was struggling he through it in!!!!! Getting into the bus my chair not working, my back is already painful and I haven't been in the bus for 30mins. The bus is making a disturbing sound, I am not even sure if it's serviced. This is the worst bus experience ever!!! I don't even know why it's expensive than the other bus services as this is not even close to the professional service you get from translux.</p>
