Worst customer service experience

I booked a return trip bus tht was supposed to depart from Welkom to Kwt at 20:35 on 06/10/2021.The bus never arrived I waited and at 9:20 i started phoning in and sent numerous whtsapp sms and emails asking their whereabouts the only response I've gotten was when they asked for my ticket no they then went Awol 💔at 11:10 I went back home cos the bus was nowhere to be found 😭😭I then booked return trip with intercape for the next day.. They now don't wanna refund me my return trip I booked to them.. They are the worst nightmare with very poor customer service
