Worst customer service ever!!!!!

I booked a ticket from Matatiele to Johannesburg and I then realised that I made a blunder with the dates, I booked for the 30th of December 2024 instead of the 29th of December 2024. I made the bookings online. I then contacted Eagle liner’s offices, a call centre agent hung up on me while I was trying to explain my situation. Their WhatsApp webchat is the worst, me of their agents contacted me and told me that she’s holding a seat for me and I need to do a deposit of R50 then she’ll change my ticket, I did that then she went dead silent on me. I am highly disappointed in their services, I will never ever book with them ever again!!!!!
