Worst Customer service

THE most terrible service in the history of Logistics. This Bus was to depart at 19:15 at uitenhage at 21:00 i call to check if its delayed and im told the Bus is Cancelled . How the hell do u let someone wait for a cancelled bus with no communication. And wats worse is that there is no bus not even for the following day. The refund takes 7days and i have to give my bank details over the phone whereas i bought the ticket cash over the counter. I now have to wAit 7days for a refund and im not even told why the bus was cancelled. I hope this business closes down .I wiah i had read the reviews before i booked
