Worst customer service

I was trying to cancel my booking cause I'm no longer traveling and used their WhatsApp line I was asked for my banking details plus proof of payment I sent the screenshot of the email that I got after payment and sent my bank details together that person who responded to me was extremely rude she/he said I must not lie I didn't send my banking details I then took a screenshot of the message and highlighted where my bank details are no apologies what so ever for calling me a lie
