Worst bus service in the history of bus services

Poor poor service. I booked a bus to Johannesburg in Kroonstad. Bus never arrived and phones did not go through. Spoke to them via email and 6hrs later they tell me to wait for another bus coming from Bloemfontein. I asked for a refund and even today they are ignoring my emails.
