Worst bus service in South Africa!!!

I booked 2 tickets with eagle liner. One to Cape Town and one Back. The day before departure i get an email reminding me to board the bus the next day.

I show up an hour in advance and wait for my bus. 3 hours go by and there is no sign of the bus. I call the number on the website, which doesnt work. Im told to call a new number. The line rings forever with no pick up. Eventually i send a whatsapp to their customer care. I got a two word reply : its canceled!.. No apologies no notification nothing. I got told to take a taxi to Cape town at 00:00. I proceeded to request a refund for both tickets seeing as their bus didnt take me to Cape town in the first place. Eagle liner had the audacity to deduct a 20 persent cancelation fee. Even if it is your terms and policies its terrible.

Then i get told to wait 25 days for a refund.

Stay away. Stay far away
