Worst bus service ever splits children from parents, bad service, no toilets as well

This morning 06/01/2026 we got in the bus at Pretoria Station. We found out we had to change to another bus at Johannesburg Station. Getting there the bus drywer didn't assist us on the proses to follow to get to the next bus. When we got helped the guy that assist at weighing the bags asked me why didn't I tell him we are from Pretoria. Hello I'm not working for Eagle Liner it was his job to ask or check the tickets, he only asked me where me and my family are going.

When we reach the bus we had to split as familie because the bus was already full people was sitting one by one at the seats, no one wanted to move, so that means we had to split from our children. Sitting far from us and I can't see them as well. This is the most ****ty bus service and bus I ever took.

I'm angry because of how my children is been treated on this bus, putting them away from their parents. We are the only white people on this bus and this is the way we are being treated.

Then I bookend a bus with a toilet just to found out there is no toilet on this bus. How is this possible. Their are children on this bus not just mine other smaller children then ours.

This was the firts and last time we will ever use this bus service. Please close this bus service down.
