worst bus service ever

hi this is the most horrible experience ever with this bus service they should be banned..they don't take note if you speak to them they just ignore you point blank..they came to the station with a proper bus just to take us to the depo and exchange us into a ****ed up bus that was raining in..am so ****ed and ontop of that drivers drive like they drunk..was my first time time travelling with eagle liner and definitely my last I would not recommend anyone to use this service and drivers are so rude and overtaking heavy load trucks on a wet road..it was raining cats and dogs but they were overtaking trucks and buses not thinking of the safety of the passengers they drive worse than jhb taxi drivers..so ****ed will never ever use this service again they should be s****ped they risk too many peoples lives.
