Worst bus service

The worst service ever, the only thing this compsny is after is making money out of people. My mom booked a bus to Queenstown from Park station Johannesburg. The bus was meant to depart at 18h45, 3 hours later with no communications they get squeezed into a bus that could nit fit their luggage and eventually had to make a call to get another worn out bus, which arrived at 11h10 pm,at this point people and kids were agitated, no one bothered to explain what was happening.

As I am typing this, the bus got a Tyre puncture in Bloemfontein and there's no communications on how long it is going to take to get the issue resolved, this is the most pathetic service I've ever witnessed, they treat people like good and eventually the staff aren't helpful.

I would discourage anyone who wants to use their services, eagle liner intercity you can do better!
