Worst Bus in South Africa

I have been hearing stories about this bus from many people and today ive seen it myself..Worst customer care people dont use this bus...My 14yr old son went to book a ticket on the 18th of July ..He was supposed to go to Durban from jhb on the 19th of July 2024 at 10pm..So he went to park station to book a ticket and told them he was leaving on the 19th..But on the ticket they put the date of 18th instead of 19th..We couldn't even check the dates as i dont normally check my tickets too whenever im travelling..Now yesterday night i took him to park station at 9pm amd dropped him there and drove back to Benoni..an hour later my son called me tellimg me that they told him that the ticket has expired he can't boarder the bus ..Shocked i asked him why and that's when we discovered that the date on the ticket was 19th and not 19th..i spoke to them but they refused to allow my son to go..I had to wake up ant night and go back to the station to pick him up..Its clear its what they do to customers..They do that to put their friends and relatives or to out people on the way and keep the money..They saw that there was a missing passenger on the 18th so why didn't they call and ask why the passenger is not there..what's the use of them taking passenger numbers..Bunch of ******* and hypocrites
