Worst bus ever..bad service

Bad service, bad bus…Do not even consider it.

Booked a ticket for 5pm, an alternative bus arrived at 6h30 pm. Apparently the 5pm bus broke down somewhere. The alternative was a ‘Gauteng Couches’ bus. They **** to us and said the bus would drop us close by and we would change to another bus. The driver confirmed while on the way that we are not changing to another bus.

Had I known before leaving the station that the bus would drop us at the destination, I would have rescheduled my ticket. Travelling more than 10 hours in a local bus is madness!!!

I paid 2K for 3 tickets, I definitely want a refund
