Worst bus ever!!!

My sister took a bus from Johannesburg to Queenstown on the 1st of March 2024 and her arrival was supposed to be at 3pm. The bus broke down after Bloemfontein, they are told that the bus doesn't have diesel. It's been hours since they were informed and still waiting to be assisted. This bus service is pathetic. They are toying with people's lives and don't seem to care. The bus is unsafe and poorly serviced.
