Worst bus ever

We were leaving for cape town last week Friday in midrand and the bus was for 18:30 but it arrived at 20:30, when we entered the bus it was very cold, it smelt bad and the seats are small and uncomfortable, we got grasmere and the bus had machanical problems we were told eagle liner will send us another bus but it was all a lie, the mechanic arrived and fixed the bus we left at 00:30 in the morning to cape town this bus was delayed by almost 7 hours I will never recommend it to anyone. And the driver knew that the bus was not fit for this trip but still we gave him the bus.
