Worst bus business

Worst bus service, am not sure whether these people employ just for employing. Consultants are so unprofessional and have a nerve to drop the phone on your ears. I wish I could get the managers contact details so that I can just tell her they are playing with peoples careers. I was supposed to be at work tomorrow morning but they cancelled, telling me there's no bus worst phone me the day I'm supposed to leave. Ask for refund telling me it's gonna take 7 working days, and no assurance if I'd really get my money back since their service is super poor.
