Worse service ever

If the was a way to rate zero I would cod this service is so horrible. My departing time from PMB to JHB is 10:05. The buses the came at pick up point full already full. I waited for an hour not knowing what is going to thepoint where I went inside the office where I was informed the bus is late. Nobody knows how long will it takes far worse the is no communication. Eagle Liner have a very poor service
