Worse experience ever

I don't ever wish to use Eagle liner or anything that is associated with it ever again.

On Monday, 23 December 2019. Firstly the bus was supposed to depart at 20 past 7 and it only departed just before 8.

The bus, God what a joke. No right person in mind would hire that bus for such a distance. Firstly the door does not properly close, the seats were too small, there were no charging ports and worse there was not even a toilet. Just after Ladysmith when we have finally accepted that s**** is going to take us to Joburg, it started to over heat. Passengers were forced now to assist the driver in collecting water from the near by farms which was also dangerous because they were trespassing. We had to wait for the bus to completely cool off before continuing, only for to start over again. We had to stop and go until we reached Villiers when 2 guys came and fixed whatever was wrong with the bus. You could tell that this was no surprise to them.

Eagle liner put our lives in danger. Nobody even bothered to advise use that an external bus has been hired for our trip. I'll never ever associate myself or my family for that matter with Eagle liner, they don't care at all about their customers.
