Why you take my money ?

Booked bus ticket 31/04. On Monday 01/05 you send an SMS that bus is cancelled. I contact customer service. Ladyy inform me there was too little seats booked 02/05 and also does not look good for the next day.03/05 either. She then suggested I go to nearest Computicket and do refund and cancel. I travel all the way from Humansdorp to JBay Checkers. Cancel and refund. Then you charge me cancelation fee. Instead of getting my 730 you gave me 653. ??? Please contact me so you can arrange to pay my outstanding money. Thank you.
