What's going on with Eagle liner buses?

What on earth is happening with Eagleliner buses. their service has become a nightmare. people are just left stranded at heudleburg mall. it now takes you hours to reach your destination. I was disappointed when I left Newcastle on Saturday morning. only to arrive in Jo'burg at 3 instead of 12. we had to change into several buses to get to our destination. Their service and communication sucks
