VERY VERY POOR SERVICE

<p>Am MR Josephn Ntlheng am 58 years am sooooo disappointed with EAGLE LINER.On the 13 Apr 2017 i bought four tickets for my family to go to good friday i payed R960 .On the 14 apr 2017 arrived at the bus station around 02:00 the bus will go at 04 :00 but the bus didnt show they where no buses to be found they was are strike on that day ok it fine .we used are car to go to good friday from johnnasburg to durban and we come back from good friday i went to shorprite at sontonga mall to ask for my refurned because we didnt use our ticket that we brought .the shoprite mananger tell me to call the eagle liner for refund i did .at your office (eagle liner) they tell me that they call me until now am still waiting for my money .what must i do now should i go to the police. my reference no: ELTX............,ELTX.........,ELTX...........AND ELTX.......... I WANT MY MONEY PLZ</p>
