Very unhappy with Eagle Liner service

I had a bad experience with eagle liner, I booked a bus ticket from Idutywa to Bellvelvel. I was never informed that there are no buses from Idutywa to Bellvelvel. My bus was supposed to depart from Idutywa at 13h30. At 12h00 they sent me a message stating that my bus will be departing from Eastlondon station 16h00. I thought that the bus was delaying since it was a public holiday. Since I was already at my departing station(Idutywa) I wanted while trying to call them with not luck until after 18h00, someone finally picked up and said that I was supposed to be at East London at 16h00.I didn't understand how, and they just said that how it is, they don't have any buses comming to my station. The booked me a bus for the next day which was also not comming to my station, and I told them I don't have any means to travel to the other station, the agent just told me to find a way. I wrote them an email asking for my refund and they refused, saying theres nothing they can do. And their terms and conditions states otherwise.
