Very unhappy customer

On the 26th of September 2021 on the 10:57 i called eagle liner customer care service *** to ask the pickup stop from pinetown to Johannesburg 1. The lady that picked up the phone was very rude and didn't give me her name 2. When I asked her for the pickup address she rudely told me that she doesn't know the address and I should call 30min before the bus departure so I could find out 3. I then inform her that I need to make plans for the morning as to get to the place In time ... she rudely shouts at me saying " saying what is she supposed to do " 4. For nail in the coffin while i was still talking she drops the phone on me !!!! 5. I further tried to call again and no one picked up 6. I'm leaving tomorrow and I still do not know the pickup point of my bus
