Very unhappy

I have been up the whole night trying to book using the black Friday promotion and the code... To my surprise there is an error everytime. I'm so disappointed with this as I have been using the bus for some time now. I thought I could save, but it seems that this promotion was actually a hoax. This is just to attract passengers.
