VERY POOR SERVICE NO CUSTOMER CARE.

Very vey poor poor service from this but my brother left Johannesburg yesterday 5th of July 19:15 they said it will arrive in capetown at 12:50 now the time is 16:20 the 6th of July 2023 still the bus had not arrived l tried contacting them nothing they don't respond but their wattsup is online l am so so pieced must close down egleliner their service I so frustrating
