Very poor service

I am disgusted by the service. Date 15-07-2023 Pta to Fort Beaufort 2 teens and a child Bus didn't arriver in Pta at all instead kids were put in another bus to Johannesburg Stations where they were offloaded and told to go find a bus that's going to Fort Beaufort. From there they were sent from Pillar to post with no direction. Being told to stand there and wait for the bus it's coming. It's at night and still bus is not there, bust that was supposed to have left at 17:30. This is wrong in all forms, a very poor service. They should just take the operating licence.
