Very disappointed and unhappy client

I booked a bus, which did not arrive and all their contact details provided do not work, their email address is incorrect.

I have spent money to travel home, the bus not arriving with no kinds of communication is ridiculously unacceptable!

I am trying to contact them to change the bus ticket date or issue a refund, but I cannot get through to them.

The service for this bus line is extremely horrible!!!
