Very disappointed

Good day ,

I had to cancel my bus ticket in December the 1st due to unforseen circumstances, I was told there will be a cancelation fee which will be charged , I was fine with that , and that my refund will be processed within 15 working days.

Till today , I am still waiting for my refund , when I call the office they don't answer , when I tex their watsup line , the consultants are rude and does not give me an answer as to when my money will be paid back. I have been patient and have followed up every week and yet , the response I get is that my refund is with finance and its not yet processed . I'm very disappointed in the manner in which they handle their customers , and there is no indication of when my money will be paid back into my account , hello Peter please can you help me to recover my funds as I am in need of that money.
