Very bad service

This is one company that doesn't value people's time, money and safety.

We booked a ticket for my mother from George to Cradock and we waited for the bus since past 19h00 but the bus never arrived, there was no communication of some sort except them ignoring all the complaints that have raised.

This is utterly disgusting and unprofessional.
