Unprofessional ethics

The company is so unprofessional, firstly you struggle to get a hold of them on 3 of lines, i wrote an email early September for a refund requested on the 1st of September, which i was told it takes 15 to 21 working days, currently it's way above those days, whenever you call there's always a difference excuse from the consultants, i wouldn't recommend their services to anyone further.
