UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNFAIR

Please close this company, I booked a bus to Pretoria instead of an Eagle Liner bus we got another bus names IKhwezi. Travelled from Pinetown to Pietermaritzburg as part of the route, when we got there some people refused to get on the bus so we got on our way. When we got to Howick the bus driver was forced to return back to Pietermaritzburg to get the passengers that refused to travel with the bus. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!!
