Unprofessional And Appalling Service!

What unprofessional, unreliable bus service! They deserve 0 stars actually.

This was my first time using this bus service and it will be my last!!!

Today I had to Take a bus from Durban to Johannesburg. Arrived at the terminal on time, an hour before the bus was suppose to departure.

The bus was meant to leave at 7:20, but we only ended up leaving way after 8.

Then the driver goes to Westville to pick up 2 more passengers. Drives in circles around McDonalds for about 20 minutes waiting for those people to arrive.

We were all sittting confused on the bus. The staff on the bus did not give us any indication to what was going on.

We finally left Durban, but make a detour to Pietermaritzburg to pick up more passengers and fill up petrol( The driver also needed to withdraw money from the ATM), which takes another 30 minutes.

Oh by the way, we had to travel in a Tootes Tours bus! Not Eagle Liner which we paid for!!! Hard, uncomfortable seat. No air conditioning system working. The T.V was out of service!

The floor was still filthy with litter from the last trip.

SAVE YOURSELF TIME, MONEY AND TROUBLE!!! DO NOT EVER TRAVEL WITH THIS COMPANY!
