Unhappy

I am Lukhanyo Mjojozi and I booked a bus ticket for a person (disclose name) who is Def and I booked a Eagle Liner bus from Kings Williams Town to Gimiston on the 11th November 2025 attached ticket. Apparently the Eagle Liner buses were not available and a Intercity bus (labeled) was dispatched however the person I booked for was not aware of this as I was not also informed by the Company booked. I called into the call center for assurance and it was confirmed that change of buses was made and notice were sent however I did not get such confirmation either by email nor sms and I was hung up and promised to be called within 5 minutes to confirm such with management even to now I have not received such and the person I booked for was left stranded mind you this person is Def
