Uncomfortable ride

I booked this bus for the 7th of June from Mount Frere to Pretoria (Bosman) and the staff was nice and well communicating but the driving was not okay at all...we hardly slept because of the reckless driving...and the seats? Absolute trash, they are so close together we couldn't even breath and we couldn't move in the passage as we were bumping each other...such a mess just to have more people in one bus.🚮
