Unacceptable service

Worst bus servise ever, i really never learn because this is not the 1st issue i have had. I booked a bus 1st week of December leaving tomorrow for myself and my niece. These ****** just called me, night before i am due to travel to tell me the bus has been cancelled. Such unacceptable service. And i have to be in PE tomorrow. They still tell me i will get money in my bank in 7 days, rediculous. Im fuming. And the lady on the phone was so unprofessional and unapologetic!!
