Bus was supposed to depart at 4:30 l arrived 4:20 yes l was late but anything can happen on your way to board the bus. When l got there Parked next to the entrance they were ready to go noise broke up as l parked to move the car explain some will move the car asl had to go in the bus with my wife and friend all fell to deaf ears. My sister moved the car as l was trying to explain to them my luggage was already put in the bus as we went in driver closed the door l was left out side l went to his window to ask what was the problem he moved the bus bumping on me his intention was toeave us behind unfortunately he bumped on the car that was moving because he was on high speed.He was very angry after our argument that was his excuse after the accident. A decision was make to refund me my wife and friend because we were the cause of his anger. Customers are no longer a priority to some businesses. WHAT AN INCONVENIENCE.
