Trash service and undermines it's customers

Nonsensical bus ever, this company is after poor people's money and disregards their safely and well as people's dignity.. I am so upset right now in fact I will get in touch with the ombudsman. I booked my helper a bus from Cofimvaba to Midrand. The bus was supposed to arrive in Midrand at 5.20 am on the 13th of March, it's 13.02 Pm and the bus has still not arrived due to the bus breaking down. The bus was fixed after 3 hours then suddenly the bus is out of Diesel. The passengers had to take a taxi from where it is stuck to Park Station.
