Ticket Refund

I would like to complain with an uncalled service I received as i mistakely bought a ticket for today 29/10 which was suppose to be for tomorrow @19H00. I bought my ticket at shoprite and called customer care at and spoke to Elaina Nstako and informed me that there's no way I won't be refunded or change dates to the 30/10. This is bad service and uncalled for, if only I knew I wouldn't have booked my bus ticket because you treat clients in a uncalled manner. Please ensure to teach your employees customer service and respect because it's not as if this ticket was bough last month, it was bought today in the morning
