This needs urgent attention

I am travelling with this bus from Queenstown to Joburg, the bus was late with more than an hour. The weather is raining outside the bus is having licks and are dripping on us. There are no air conditioners inside is hot as hell. The driver is not willing to stop for people to refresh. We had to stand and shout. Sits are not comfortable. I regret paying my R 340 to this company I am wet as if I got a lift from the back of the truck.
