This Bus service should be closed it's been years people have been complaining

Thing doesn't deserve a star at all. FIRST OF ALL this company should just be closed and get all.those nonsense buses impounded. This Trash company sent texts that the bus delayed @17h35 now it was supposed to go to Uitenhage @21h40 the time now is 23h00 and there is no one picking up.landlines it just says numbers don't exist and what ****es me off the most my parents are currently standing for a bus I am not even sure if it exist.
