They getting worse than worse

<p>During winter traveling from Durban to Jhb on a bus that doesn't have a heater when I informed the driver Andile Nxhowa he as me that I have I booked for a seat or a heater....it was bad enough that I was cold and seated in a uncomfortable not adjustable seat but but Mr Andile Nnxowa was very aggressive,rude and pompous. He made me feel as if he was doing me a favor for driving the bus to JHB </p>
