They gave us a dirty smelly, atrocious schoolbus for Durban to Pretoria!! Disgusting!! No proper facilities either!! No toilet!! Never book this bus ever again!!

If I could give zero stars I would! I am on the 19:30 bus from Durban to Pretoria on 19 December 2025 and they gave us a Stabus which is a school bus. No charging points, the seats are dirty, and smelly, the whole bus smells so so so bad like it was dug out of trash. The seats are extremely uncomfortable, Eagke Liner really really went too far this time. Disgusting!! I want my money back. Definitely reporting this to every single regulating body for buses, I took enough pictures for evidence!!
