The worst service ever!

We are on one of your busses Jhb to CPT 30/09/2021 which was expected to departure at 1 pm. The bus only arrived at 4 pm and now we've been stuck with diesel since 10 last night about 40KM's from Colesberg. The driver left to get diesel and just got here and wants the passengers to pay a fee for fuel to continue the journey. We are currently stuck and after filling diesel and numerous calls to your customer care still nothing. What nonsense is this!!!???
